The Advancing Women Leaders in Healthcare Management Forum works to identify special issues that are related to women in management positions. We work collaboratively and inclusively across race, class, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, differing abilities, generations, etc. to address concerns of women working and studying in professional and academic settings. Our ultimate goal is to provide professional development opportunities necessary to propel the advancement of women to higher levels
