Dr. Rupert Evans of the Department of Health Administration, College of Health and Human Services, was named the 2016 Senior Executive of the Year by the National Association of Health Services Executives at their annual conference this past weekend. The NAHSE is the premier professional association for Black executives in the healthcare field.
