IPE Faculty Development Conference September 11-14

The Train-the-Trainer (T3) Inter-professional Faculty Development program is a 3.5 day workshop that assists inter-professional teams to lead IPE efforts and promote inter-professional team-based care. This highly interactive workshop incorporates team time for project development. Curricular themes of the training include:
• Leading Change
• Project Management
• Communication Skills
• Professional Development
• Team Dynamics
• IP Curricular Design, Assessment and Evaluation

Teams with inter-professional experience working to advance an inter-professional education or collaborative practice project at their home institution. Examples of teams include:
• Collaborative practice teams working on quality improvement
• Teams working with an underserved patient population
• Teams from academic institutions working on curricular innovation
• AHEC teams
