At the June 14 meeting of the Long Term Care Faculty Forum (Long Beach CA) a motion from the floor was made, seconded and voted to change the name of the Long Term Care Faculty Forum to: "the Post Acute Care Faculty Forum."
The vote was unanimous by all attending the meeting.
