Carol Molinari is Professor Emerita of Health Systems Management at the University of Baltimore. Her passion for teaching and students has been at the core of her many years in academia. Professor Molinari received her doctorate from Johns Hopkins School of Health and Mental Hygiene coupled with a MBA from the University of Baltimore and a MPH from the University of North Carolina.
Working with learners to develop sound management practices is a consistent thread in her work and career. She has taught at several universities across the U.S. and taught in management certificate programs in the public and not-for-profit sectors as well as those serving clinicians and physicians.
Carol has remained engaged with the health practitioner community through her governing board service and administrative roles as executive, program director, and consultant. Her expertise and research include: long-term care management, global health care reform; effective governance, cultural competence and online learning. She presented at national conferences and published in various academic healthcare management journals.
