Geoffrey Silvera is a management scholar focused on the influence of executive decision-makers on end-user outcomes.
He serves as an Assistant Professor of Health Services Administration in the Department of Health Services Administration at The University of Alabama-Birmingham’s School of Health Professions. Dr. Silvera also previously served on the faculty at Auburn University. He holds a doctorate in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and his master’s and bachelor’s degrees were both earned at the University of Florida.
In addition to his academic position, he presently serves on the editorial boards of HCMR, QMHC, and as the Associate Editor of PXJ.
