DHA graduate named Chief Nursing Officer, Veterans Health Administration (VHA)

Beth Taylor, DHA, RN, NEA-BC was promoted to Chief Nursing Officer for the Veterans Health Administration effective June 23, 2019. She had been serving as acting CNO prior to that. Dr. Taylor also is on the adjunct faculty for Central Michigan University serving on several DHA dissertation committees. She earned her Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) degree from Central Michigan University. Prior to being acting CNO, she served as the Deputy Assistant Deputy Under-Secretary (ADUSH) for Clinical Operations.



DHA graduate named Deputy Director of Office of Rural Health, Veterans Health Administration

Sheila Robinson, DHA, FACHE, PMP was recently appointed Deputy Director, Office of Rural Health, Veterans Health Administration. She manages the day to day operations of the Office of Rural Health, leading the rural health VA Central Office team in the development, dissemination and oversight of nationwide programs designed to increase access to care for hundreds of thousands of rural Veterans. Dr. Robinson is a graduate of the Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) Program at Central Michigan University. She serves on several dissertation committees. She also recently retired from the Air Force as a Colonel in the Medical Service Corps.
