Only one more month until the 2019 AUPHA Annual Meeting in New Orleans. In addition to many of our usual functions, such as keynote speakers, panelists, and the diverse set of educational sessions, this year’s meeting includes a couple updates and other functions that AUPHA would like to remind everyone about.
William B. Graham Prize Dinner
This year’s William B. Graham Prize Dinner will be held on Wednesday evening. Be sure to join us then, as we congratulate Peter J. Pronovost for being the 2019 recipient of the award. As for the usual Wednesday reception, please be advised that it will be conducted on Thursday evening to provide attendees with time to network and have some refreshments before going out to explore wonderful city of New Orleans.
No Talent Necessary Show
Do not forget that this year’s networking event will be at Big Mama’s House Lounge at the House of Blues on Friday, June 14th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Join the camaraderie as AUPHA’s Jam Band plays their first-ever gig. Be sure to RSVP for this event as space is limited and filling fast.
Visit the 2019 AUPHA Annual Meeting website regularly for the most up-to-date information on sessions, events, and speakers. If you have any questions, you may reach out to Jason Walker, Manager of Meetings and Services, at jwalker@aupha.org.
