By Jaime Stephens, CMP, CAE posted 10-21-2019 15:51

The 2020 AUPHA Undergraduate Workshop was successfully conducted at Winston-Salem State University from October 11-13th. The Workshop included over 40 attendees, who participated in the 16 education and mini-education sessions conducted over the course of the Workshop. AUPHA would like to recognize and thank Winston-Salem State University and Montrale Boykin and Stephanie Johnson, Co-Chairs of WSSU’s Health Management Program, for hosting the Workshop and providing facilities and logistical support. In addition, AUPHA appreciates the participation and efforts of our session speakers and keynote speakers, Nadine Barrett from the Duke Cancer Institute and Stephen Fleming of The Well Springs Group. Individuals interested in the reviewing the presentations from the Workshop may access them next week in the AUPHA Library.

Note that moving forward, the Undergraduate Workshop will be integrated into the Annual Meeting program thus there will be a separate tract for those focusing on
undergraduate content.  This will begin with the 2020 Annual Meeting in Salt Lake.  Refer to the Call for Proposals out shortly.
