Bio

I earned my PhD in Health Policy from Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs, Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA in 2008. During my doctoral studies at the Southern University and A&M College, Baton Rouge, LA, I was the recipient of the Harvard-Southern Collaboration Fellowship for three consecutive years.

I am currently working as an Associate Professor of Health Administration at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, Baton Rouge, LA where I manage the AUPHA certified undergraduate program.

At AUPHA, I served as the Chair of the Health Policy Faculty Network in 2010-12. I enjoy contributing to AUPHA Network.

I live in Prairieville, Louisiana with my wife Zinia and my daughter Ria. I have a pet rooster named 'Rooster' :). He is my buddy.
