MGMA 2012 Annual Conference wrap-up
The MGMA 2012 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Oct. 21-24, offered excellent opportunities for students and faculty. Here are some highlights:
- Approximately 90 students and 30 faculty attended the conference.
- The concurrent sessions, “Launching your career in medical practice management: Essentials for Students” and “Promoting your professional development with ACMPE” were both very successful.
- The newcomer, student, faculty and alumni reception provided students the opportunity to connect with new members, as well as seasoned leaders. Over 250 students, faculty and new members attended the reception.
