Assistant Professor Bianca Frogner has been accepted to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) 2013 fellowship program in biomedical informatics at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, MA from May 26 to June 1, 2013. The program is fully funded by the NLM. Dr. Frogner will be among 30 fellows actively engaging in lectures, workshops and hands-on projects on the conceptual and technical components of biomedical informatics. The goal is for the fellows to return to their institutes to become agents of change in making informed decisions about computer-based tools.
