After a decade of service
to the University of Baltimore, Dr John Callahan is stepping down as
Chair and Program Director. Dr Christine Spencer will become the new
Chair. Dr Spencer is a health economist who brings experience as an
outstanding researcher and teacher. A new faculty, Dr Elizabeth Gammon,
will be joining the UB faculty this fall from the University of Texas
Medical Center in Houston.
