Minnesota MHA offers new executive studies certificate
A new Certificate in Advanced Management Training for Clinician Leaders was approved by the Board of Regents in February. This 13-credit course of study is designed for clinicians in administrative and executive roles in integrated health systems and will take 12 months to complete. Based on the model developed for the Executive MHA program, the certificate will host students on-campus at the beginning and end of their studies, with courses delivered online throughout the year. Approximately 15-20 physicians, nurses, pharmacists, dentists and other clinicians are expected to enroll in the certificate each year.
