Effective Spring semester 2014, the name of the Master of Health
Services Administration (MHSA) degree will change to Master of Health
Administration (MHA). The Executive MHSA will change to Executive MHA.
Finally, the Health Services generalist certificate
will change to Health Administration generalist. The reasons for these
changes are to make our degree more recognizable to prospective students
and employers and to bring us into alignment with the majority of other
CAHME accredited graduate healthcare management
programs in the United States and Canada.
Congratulations also to GWU for their recent CAHME re-accreditation for a period of seven years.
