In August, the University of Kentucky MHA program presented a fellowship planning and preparation seminar with a panel that included administrators who select fellows and successful administrative fellowship applicants. Ms. Tina Freese-Decker, President, Spectrum Health United and Kelsey Hospitals, Grand Rapids, MI, and 2013 ACHE Young Healthcare Executive of the Year, was a featured guest on the panel, which was moderated by Dr. Larry Prybil, Norton Professor in Healthcare Leadership.
The Executive Seminar Series continued this past October with Marian Jennings, President of M. Jennings Consulting. Inc., a nationally recognized expert in strategic, financial and governance planning. An informal discussion with Ms. Jennings and women MHA students followed the presentation.
