The Department of Health Management and Policy at Saint Louis University is pleased to announce two faculty hires, Dr. Kimberly Enard and Dr. Echu Liu.
Dr. Kimberly Enard received her doctorate in Health Management and Policy from the UCLA and MHA and MBA from Georgia State University. Dr. Enard has extensive experiene in healthcare as a director of cardiac services and a healthcare consultant. Her research focuses on healthcare quality, access, and vulnerable populations.
Dr. Echu Liu received his masters and doctorate in economics from the University of Southern California and MBA with a concentration in finance from California State University, Los Angeles. Previously, Dr. Liu served as an associate professor at South Illinois University at Carbondale. His research focuses on health insurance, the economics of health, and chronic conditions.
