AUPHA is delighted to announce that, effective immediately, AUPHA programs may add any and all faculty and staff to their AUPHA membership at no additional cost to the program.  AUPHA strongly encourages the addition of all full and part-time faculty as well as adjunct faculty.  Faculty can be added and removed at any time, so please do not hesitate to take full advantage of this opportunity. 

There are two ways to add individuals to a program record. The program can enter the individuals, or the individuals may enter themselves. Follow the directions below in either case:

Program Enters Individuals

1.      Log in to www.aupha.org as the program director by clicking My AUPHA and entering your username and password.

2.      Click on Edit my Organization

3.      Click on Individuals. This will provide you with a list of individuals currently registered to your membership. If any individuals on your list are no longer at your program, please inactivate them.

4.      Click Add New at the upper right of the list.

5.      Enter the information for your faculty or staff member. The fields will pre-populate with the general program info, so be sure to make any changes to phone or address that may be necessary.

6.      Click Next.

7.      Click Place Order.

8.      The new member will be sent an email with their username and password. They may change these once they’ve logged into the website.

Individual Self-Registers

1.      Go to www.aupha.org/memberadd.

2.      Scroll to the bottom of the page then click Next.

3.      Enter your program’s organization code, which can be obtained from your Program Director.

4.      Click Submit. This will pre-populate the member record with the program’s data. Be sure to edit any phone or address information that is incorrect.

5.      Click Next.

6.      Click Place Order.

7.      The new member will be sent an email with their username and password. They may change these once they’ve logged into the website.
