HAMPCAS Portal Reopens to Students Applying to Health Administration, Management & Policy Programs

The Healthcare Administration, Management & Policy Centralized Application Service (HAMPCAS) began accepting applications for its second cycle from students applying to graduate programs in health administration, management and policy on September 12, 2012. 

With the launch of the second cycle come enhancements to both the Applicant and Admission Portals.  Incoming HAMPCAS schools and current participants
are invited and encouraged to attend an informational webinar which will cover the new enhancements, some of which are listed below. You may register for a session by visiting the HAMPCAS on the AUPHA website or contact Stephanie Williams at swilliams@aupha.org to schedule a one-on-one training.


2012-2013 Application Portal Enhancements

  • GRE electronic reporting via ETS
  • Addition of percentiles for the GMAT scores
  • Greater flexibility in reference requirements
  • Updated status section

2012-2013 Admission Portal (WebAdMIT) Enhancements

  • Applicant update tracking
  • Dashboard and document details upgrades
  • Correspondence and batch emailing
  • Ability to score and comment on assignment and interview questions
  • Degree verification
  • Essays and experiences viewable on the Applicant Details page
  • Sort-able and scope-able Management Menu items
  • Advanced searches and scoring of numeric custom fields
  • Local GPAs – calculating using calendar years
  • Prerequisite GPAs – updated logic for calculations
  • Applicant scoring rubrics and enhanced reporting capabilities
  • Requirements updates to adding criteria
  • GMAT percentiles and details available in the Standardized Tests panel
