Graduate students should also be able to
  1. Analyze the influence of diversity on management functions, including recruitment, hiring, retention, training, patient care, team work, quality management, patient safety and marketing
  2. Apply knowledge regarding diversity to manage operations with the goal of achieving equitable treatment of all population segments
  3. Evaluate management operations to assess the relevancy of diversity on the organization’s performance and outcomes
