Hello, I’m Liliya Roberts, a clinician and program director with a diverse 15-year career in healthcare administration and business consulting. I am a goal-focused, highly motivated professional with a unique background that includes a specialization in memory care, senior care and adult education.
I was a licensed physician in the Ukraine. After immigrating to the United States, I acquired a Master’s degree in Health Systems Management and became a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator. I have six years of experience managing retirement communities of up to 100 residents and more than 100 employees. Under my leadership, the facilities I have managed have experienced significant increases in profitability, resident quality of life, and cost efficiency.
Currently, I am applying my management expertise leading Health Services Management and Management Studies undergraduate program at UMUC , and consulting companies seeking assistance with strategic planning, financial management, compliance, staffing, marketing, and leadership.
