Registration is now open for several courses in AUPHA’s Art of Teaching Institute (ATI) in 2025, including an in-person course in Houston, Texas, this March. Making It Real: Approaches and Methods for Integrating Practice and Practitioners into Courses provides participants concrete strategies for helping students understand the “real world” applications of classroom concepts. Interested individuals can register for the course here.
The ATI also offers the Certificate for Teaching in Healthcare Management, which allows current and aspiring faculty to demonstrate their commitment to continuously improving their skills in the classroom. ATI coursework provides instruction, activities, and readings directly related to teaching within the field of health administration.
