AUPHA is assembling Undergraduate Certification Review teams for the 2025-2026 cycle. For the first time, the cycle has been divided into two rounds – one in the fall and one in the spring. Please consider volunteering as a member of a review team for one (or both) of these rounds. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the certification process while gaining insight into other programs’ operations and structure.
Each team consists of six members: one chair, one scribe, two reviewers, and two assistant reviewers. All members of the review team participate in the process by examining their assigned program’s self-study, attending virtual team meetings, including a culminating virtual review meeting held in November 2025 (for the fall round) or February 2026 (for the spring round), and by contributing to the draft review report. Additionally, an independent reviewer will audit the team’s draft report to ensure that their feedback remains within the bounds of AUPHA’s certification criteria.
If you have not participated in a review team before, you are eligible to volunteer for an Assistant Reviewer or Scribe position. Please refer to the Review Team Information page on AUPHA's website to view the descriptions of each review team role.
The success of the Certification process depends on the AUPHA member volunteers who give their time to serve on panel review teams. If you would like to volunteer on a team, please fill out this form no later than May 6, 2025 (for the fall round). Those interested in the spring round may complete the form now as well.
