AUPHA would like to recognize the seven undergraduate healthcare management programs, including the second program outside of North America, that successfully met the established criteria for AUPHA certification during 2023. Undergraduate Certification taskforce:
AUPHA has formed an Undergraduate Certification taskforce to help refine and bring innovative approaches to this constantly expanding program. Its creation was the result of feedback provided by the AUPHA Board with the idea of simplifying the process for both programs and review teams. Areas of focus thus far have included analyzing the current certification timeline, looking at ways to support and mentor programs undergoing an initial certification, identifying additional recommendations to improve criteria language, and formulating best training practices and tools to make the entire process run more efficiently. The taskforce will report their findings to the Board at their meeting in March 2024.
