For many years I have taught graduate level Health Care Business and Finance, since 1994 serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Loyola Law School of Chicago, Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy. I've been a health care investment banker and consultant since 1976. In addition, since 1992 I have been Editor of the Journal of Health Care Finance.
