Stephan Davis, DNP, MHSA, FACHE serves as Executive Director of Inclusive Leadership Education for the department of health administration at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). He also serves as Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for VCU’s College of Health Professions, which houses eight health professions disciplines in addition to healthcare management. Dr. Davis is a fellow and national faculty member for the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a past chair of the ACHE LGBTQ Healthcare Leaders Community and has served as an ACHE Regent-at-Large, a role created to foster diversity in the governance of ACHE. He is also immediate past Chair of the Quality and Safety Faculty Forum for AUPHA. In 2022, he was inducted as a fellow of the National Academies of Practice, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the American Academy of Nursing.
