As an adjunct to my teaching career, I have been active in AUPHA, serving as a forum chair (Innovative Teaching) and as a member of the Board (2015 - 2018) and member of the Executive Committee (2017-2018). I also had the honor of serving as editor and co-author of AUPHA's 75 year history, Looking Back to Look Forward, in 2018. I have been a frequent contributor to AUPHA annual meetings. I also served as a Fellow to the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) and am currently a site visitor and member of the Candidacy Committee. I am also the author or co-author of 3 textbooks related to professional development, management and health policy.
