Tamala (Tami) Bradham, Ph.D., DHA, CPPS, CPHQ, CCC-A brings over 30 years of healthcare administration experience to her role as Program Director for the MHA/MPH programs at Edgewood College, where she will launch these new graduate programs beginning July 2025.
Prior to joining Edgewood, Bradham served as the Regional Director for Patient Safety and Clinical Outcomes at SSM Health. Her career spans operations, strategic planning, quality improvement, research, and patient safety, with particular expertise in continuous improvement and teaching.
Bradham holds two doctorates and multiple certifications. She is passionate about bridging the gap between healthcare practice and academic excellence, preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders for an evolving industry landscape.
At Edgewood College, she is developing innovative MHA and MPH programs that reflect the institution's commitment to creating lifelong learners while maintaining academic rigor. Her approach emphasizes practical application of healthcare administration principles in today's dynamic healthcare environment.
