I believe passionately in developing people to understand and fulfill their potential and in improving the effectiveness of organizations and systems through innovation and adoption of a continuous transformation mindset and culture. My leadership coaching and teaching embraces the concept of emotional intelligence and integrates it with behavioral and organizational intelligence. While I've lectured for well over a decade at the graduate level, my concentrated focus as executive in residence at the University of Michigan began in 2018 and I'm at the steep part of the learning curve about the business and process of graduate and professional school education. I'm actively seeking to grow my knowledge through AUPHA and CAHME and am helping organize of an executive in residence collaborative. I also enjoy working from time to time with the University of Alabama at Birmingham Health Administration Program. It would be an honor to learn from and collaborate with you.
