How to Register


Online: Register Online using a credit card

Credit Cards: AUPHA accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express through online registration only. 
For your credit protection, we are not able to accept credit card payments using the non-electronic registration form.

Purchase Orders: AUPHA does not accept purchase orders.

Conference Registration Discounts


PLEASE NOTE:  Multiple discounts are NOT allowed.  Attendees who meet required criteria are eligible to receive only one discount.

Early Registration:  Early registrations received on or before April 1, 2015 are eligible for the lowest fees.  If using registration form, payment must be received by AUPHA on or before the deadline in order to receive the early registration rate.

Additional Faculty Discount:  AUPHA member programs wishing to send more than one faculty member will receive a discount of $50 on each full meeting registration after the initial full meeting registration has been processed. The full registration fee will apply to the first registration received from a program.  This discount is only valid until the early registration deadline of April 1, 2015.  To receive this discount, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.  Registrants using this discount who are not eligible will be billed for the $50, and their registration will be placed on hold until payment is received.

Annual Meeting Presenters:  All approved Education Session Presenters who are AUPHA members in good standing, are eligible for a $100 discount on their full meeting registration.  This discount is only available until the early registration deadline of April 1, 2015.  After April 1, presenters will need to pay the full registration rate.  Presenter and Member status will be verified.  Registrants using this discount who are not eligible will be billed the $100, and their registration will be placed on hold until payment is received.

AUPHA Faculty Forum Chairs: All current Faculty Forum Chairs who are AUPHA members in good standing, are eligible for a $200 discount on their full meeting registration. This discount is only available until the early registration deadline of April 1, 2015.  After April 1, Faculty Forum Chairs will need to pay the full registration rate. Chair status will be verified. Registrants using this discount who are not eligible will be billed the $200, and their registration will be placed on hold until payment is received.

Cancellations and Refunds


Please notify us immediately if you must cancel your registration. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and must be received by AUPHA before May 14, 2015.  All refunds are assessed a 25% administrative fee.  NO REFUNDS will be made after this date (see exception below).

A registration may be transferred to another individual for a 15% administrative fee any time before or on May 14, 2015.

If an attendee must cancel due to a verifiable family emergency or personal illness after the May 14, 2015 deadline, they may receive a 75% refund of their registration fees.

Meals & Events Included in Registration


The following are included in your registration fee:

  • Wednesday:  Welcome Reception and New Member & First-Time Attendee Reception (if eligible)
  • Thursday:  Breakfast, Lunch, and William B. Graham Prize Dinner
  • Friday:  Breakfast, Lunch, and AUPHA Forum Closing Reception
  • Saturday:  Farewell Breakfast
     

Extra Tickets for Non-Registered Guests


Guest Function Package:  We want to encourage attendees to bring a guest or spouse to the Annual Meeting in Miami.  If you would like them to be included in the Annual Meeting events, you are able to purchase a guest pass for $100.  This guest pass includes:

  • Welcome Reception
  • New Member & First-Time Attendee Reception (if eligible)
  • William B. Graham Prize Dinner   
  • AUPHA Forum Closing Reception
  • Saturday's Farewell Breakfast
